In order to provide the best shopping experience and luxury fitting your car, we would like to inform you of our return and exchange procedures and conditions:
1. Return and exchange period:
Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
2. Conditions for accepting returns and exchanges:
The product must be in its original condition with the factory packaging, and must not have been used or installed on the car.
The product must not have been exposed to any damage or change in its features.
Excluded products: products manufactured or modified according to the customer's specific request (such as upholstery, packaging, and custom cuts for specific models "Custom-Fit"), unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping costs and fees:
Error from the store or manufacturing defect: Lamasat Car Store bears all shipping and delivery costs.
Customer's desire: the customer bears all shipping costs (including delivery shipping fees and return fees) in case of requesting an exchange or return in the following cases:
Customer selected an undesired product.
The product does not meet the customer's needs.
The customer wishes not to keep the product.
In case of non-receipt of the shipment:
If the shipment is returned by the shipping company due to non-receipt by the customer or lack of response from the delivery person, the shipping costs (delivery shipping fees and return fees) will be deducted from the refunded amount to the customer, including orders that benefited from the "Free Shipping" offer (where free shipping is a service borne by the store for the customer only upon receipt).
4. Procedure and steps to place an order:
Contact customer service via WhatsApp with the order number and product photos (if there is a defect).
You will be provided with the return shipment slip.
The customer delivers the shipment to the nearest branch of the specified shipping company.
After the product arrives to us and is inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to your bank account or credit card within 7 to 14 working days.
